Study beneath the English of your Bible.
Living Word puts the Hebrew and Greek behind every verse, the 1828 meanings of its English words, and a full workbench for Biblical numerics on a USB drive that works without the internet.
Three ways into any verse
The original words
Read any passage word by word in Hebrew or Greek, and see what each word meant before it was translated.

- Strong's numbers and lexicon definitions
- Noah Webster's 1828 dictionary for the English of the day
The numbers
Explore Biblical numerics with a workbench that keeps every step of your research, and shows where each number came from.
- Hebrew, Greek, and English gematria, kept separate
- Exact occurrence counts across the King James text
- Prime, triangular, digital-root and other number checks
The translations
Set the King James Version beside seven other translations and see exactly where they agree and where they don't.
- Side-by-side reading, verse by verse
- Word counts across all eight translations at once
- A list of the verses where the translations differ
What did the translators mean?
And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth…
Genesis 1:28, King James Version
To a modern reader, “replenish” sounds like filling something again. Look up the Hebrew word behind it and the command is simply to fill the earth. Then check the 1828 dictionary to see how English readers understood the word in their own day.

Follow a number wherever it leads
In the Sandbox, every result becomes a card you can build on: find other words with the same value, factor it, test it for patterns, or combine it with another number. The whole trail is kept, so you can save it, come back to it, and share it.
Each card carries a permanent label showing which system produced it, so an English result is never mistaken for a Hebrew one.
